HappyOnline, a leading digital business agency with 10+ years of experience in the field and numerous awards, is looking for a Design Project Management Intern to support the Web Design & UX/UI team in managing digital projects. You will work under the guidance of the Creative Key Project Manager, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, client communication, and creative process management.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Design Project Management Intern with a strong interest in digital design, UX/UI, and project coordination. This role offers the opportunity to develop project management skills in a creative environment, working closely with designers and developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating UX/UI and web design projects, ensuring smooth workflows and timely deliveries.
• Support the team in project planning, timeline tracking, and resource allocation.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and align expectations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative input to project strategies.
• Assist in quality control processes, reviewing deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and competitor benchmarks to inform project decisions.
• Help maintain documentation, including project briefs, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with design, development, and marketing teams.
• Provide administrative support for project-related tasks and organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in the Department of Management Science & Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
• Interest in UX/UI, web design, and digital product development.
• Basic understanding of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred

• Familiarity with project management tools (Click Up, Wrike, Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.).
• Exposure to basic UX/UI principles and digital design processes.
• Understanding of client relationship management and stakeholder communication.
• Previous experience in team coordination or event planning is a plus.
