HappyOnline, a leading digital business agency with 10+ years of experience in the field and numerous awards, is looking for a Junior Design Project Manager to join the Web Design & UX/UI team and support the successful delivery of digital projects. In this role, you will work closely with designers, developers, and clients, contributing to project coordination, communication, and overall workflow management.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Design Project Manager with a strong interest in digital design, UX/UI, and project coordination. This role offers the opportunity to further develop project management skills in a creative environment, taking an active role in organizing projects, aligning stakeholders, and helping deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate UX/UI and web design projects, ensuring smooth workflows and timely deliveries.
• Support project planning, timeline tracking, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and align expectations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative input to project strategies and solutions.
• Support quality control processes, reviewing deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and competitor benchmarks to support project decisions.
• Maintain project documentation, including briefs, meeting notes, timelines, and status reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and marketing teams.
• Assist in managing day-to-day project operations and supporting overall team organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the Department of Management Science & Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, account support, design operations, or a similar role in a digital/creative environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
• Strong interest in UX/UI, web design, and digital product development.
• Basic understanding of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work under deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred

• Familiarity with project management tools (Click Up, Wrike, Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.).
• Exposure to UX/UI principles and digital design processes.
• Understanding of client relationship management and stakeholder communication.
• Previous experience in project coordination, client service, or team organization will be considered a plus.
